🚚 Shipping & Delivery Policy – AETYKA

  • All product prices listed on the website exclude shipping charges.
  • GST (18%) is included in the listed product prices.
  • Free shipping is available on orders worth ₹1499 or more.
  • Your AETYKA hair extensions are shipped from our manufacturing unit under our parent company, Sri Meenambigai Enterprises, based in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, India.
  • Every product is carefully handmade, inspected, shampooed, and conditioned before dispatch.
  • We ship orders from Monday to Saturday, excluding Indian public holidays.
  • If your order has incomplete payment or incorrect shipping details, processing may be delayed by 3–5 business days. Please make sure all details are correct before placing the order!

⏳ Shipping Delays

We recommend placing your order in advance—especially if you have an upcoming event, appointment, or deadline.
Delivery estimates will be shared based on our shipping partners’ information.
Please note: We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by courier services, but we ensure timely dispatch from our end.

❌ Failed Deliveries / Wrong Address / Refused Shipments

  • Most failed deliveries are caused by incomplete or incorrect address details. Please double-check your address before checkout (including flat/door number, street, landmark, etc.).
  • If a shipment is returned to us due to wrong or incomplete address or customer unavailability, a ₹200 re-shipping charge will apply.
  • If your tracking number shows ‘Delivered’ but you haven’t received the package, check with your neighbors or nearby area. If still not found, contact us immediately and we’ll raise a complaint with the courier.

⚠️ Please Note:

  • AETYKA does not offer refunds or re-shipping for orders that are marked as Delivered by the courier.
  • If a shipment is returned to us due to reasons like wrong address or customer unavailable, we will refund the amount after deducting ₹200 as shipping charges.

🧾 Order Processing Time & COD

  • Processing time for hair extension orders is 1–2 weeks, so please consider this before placing your order.
  • Orders are shipped via Delhivery, DTDC, BlueDart, Smartr, or Ekart.
  • You will receive tracking details by email or WhatsApp once your order is shipped.
  • Delivery usually takes 2 to 6 working days after dispatch.
